Our founder and President, Bill Lundquist, was one of the first people in the country to pioneer innovative HVAC cleaning techniques, including the design of the first high-power vacuum system for air duct cleaning.
Bill was a founding member of NADCA and served as President for three years. Later, he served as Chairman of the HVAC Cleaning and Restoration Standards Writing Committee for over 20 years. During that time, Bill’s committee published the ACR Standard which defines performance and procedural requirements for assessment, cleaning, and restoration of commercial HVAC systems throughout the country.
In 1989, Bill started Monster Vac, one of the first air duct cleaning companies in the United States. During his 30-years at helm of the company, Bill managed and oversaw hundreds of commercial projects throughout Colorado. After selling Monster Vac in 2019, Bill started COLORADO COMMERCIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE INC. to focus solely on the cleaning and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
