Colorado Commercial HVAC Maintenance was founded by Bill Lundquist, one of the original pioneers of professional HVAC system cleaning in the United States. For over 40 years, Bill has supervised thousands of commercial duct cleaning projects throughout Colorado.

Bill is a founding member of NADCA, and served as Chairman of NADCA’s Standards Committee for over 20 years. As Chairman he was instrumental in the writing of NADCA’s Standard for the Assessment, Cleaning and Restoration of HVAC systems which is specified worldwide.

When your facility’s thermal comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency matter – experience makes the difference.

What Dirty HVAC Ducts are Costing Your Facility

A professional system cleaning can restore airflow by up to 40%, reduce operating costs, and significantly improve indoor air quality.

Our Commercial HVAC Cleaning Includes

Supply & Return Ductwork

We thoroughly clean supply and return duct systems to remove dust, debris, and contaminants that restrict airflow and impact indoor air quality. state-of-the-art HVAC cleaning equipment and techniques ensure contaminants are safely captured and removed from the building.

Air handlers and rooftop units are cleaned to restore proper airflow and heat transfer efficiency. We remove buildup from coils, fans, and internal components to reduce system strain, improve performance, and extend equipment lifespan.

Dirty drain pans and registers can harbor a variety of contaminants . We clean and sanitize these components to prevent odors, overflow issues, and contamination from being reintroduced into occupied spaces.

All cleaning is performed under HEPA-filtered negative-air pressure to prevent cross-contamination. This containment method protects occupants, sensitive equipment, and adjacent spaces during the cleaning process.

Our process and techniques are designed in compliance with NADCA’s ACR Standard, and ASHRAE Standard 180. This ensures your HVAC system is cleaned correctly, safely, and in full compliance with industry best practices.

We provide clear before-and-after photos and written documentation for every project. This gives facility managers, inspectors, and compliance officers verifiable proof that the system was properly cleaned.
